We're a team of founders and investors. We've sat on both sides of the table.

We've built companies that failed, more than once. We've also backed companies we believed in and watched them struggle, or close down anyway. We know what it's like to write the email that says the round didn't come together, and what it's like to be on the other end of that email, deciding whether to bet again.

That's an unusual vantage point to build from. It means we've felt the 2am doubt with no one to say it out loud to, and we've also watched how often that doubt gets misread from the other side of the table, mistaken for weakness instead of what it actually is: someone carrying more than any one person should carry alone.

Between building, fundraising, and funding, we've spent years talking to hundreds of founders going through the exact same thing, in different rooms, convinced they were the only ones struggling. They weren't. None of them ever are.

FounderGPT exists because we wished, more times than we can count, that founders had someone to talk to who actually understood the weight of it, from both directions. Not a mentor with a calendar full for six weeks. Not a forum full of strangers optimizing for engagement. Just someone honest, who'd seen it from the founder's side and the investor's side, awake when it was needed.

So we built that. A companion for the strategy call you haven't had yet, the term sheet you're rereading for the fifth time, the burnout you haven't told your team about. It won't pretend building a company is easy, because it isn't, and it won't tell you what you want to hear just to be liked. It'll tell you the truth, the way people who've actually sat on both sides of this would.

This is for every founder dreaming something into existence right now, wherever they are, whatever stage they're at. The ones building in borrowed offices and bedrooms, on savings and belief, on a conviction that what they're building matters even when the numbers don't agree yet.
